At the February 14th Virginia Real Estate Appraisers Board Meeting, Independent Settlement Services and Landmark Network were each disciplined for violations of Virginia AMC Regulations. Independent Settlement Services was disciplined for not disclosing prior disciplinary action in North Carolina.
