You can click and go through the same old test and get a 7 hour done in about an hour with the right browser. Hard to take this industry seriously anymore. Sorry to inform; the letters are for posterity. The strings of this industry get pulled behind the scenes and the groups conclusions are forgone before they even issue the call for letters or opinions for consideration. Predetermined outcomes is a function of the pay to play modeling. You'll never ever ever get a vote in this industry, much less a fair say. That's why we air all this out online, consumers need to know.

They can take the disparate impact out of uspap, but nobody is going to take that out of the new AVM final rule, which passed last July. It's going to be an automated thing soon if you have not seen it already. MLS data review is no longer the same. Bifurcated markets, nonsensical deals that pass when markets are crashing, severe oversupply. Don't mistake the skewed indicator for a straw buyer or special purchase; That's the automation. Look at the raw data long enough you'll see it too.

I dropped my comment with the AQB already. This draft leans way too hard on outcome pressure and doesn’t line up with how we actually work in the field. Other appraisers need to speak up on this one. If you haven’t sent your comment yet, get it in.
