Excellent point Marion.

1. Security was never the concern. Facilitating data theft was.
2. Making us PAY for the privilege of having our data stolen was just icing on the cake so to speak.

Sort of a collective single finger wave to the entire appraisal profession by ALL the power brokers involved in the entire process.

Can contractual agreements with offshore service providers be enforced? Some clauses common in US law may not be enforceable in every country.
