The long awaited update to the management rule in relation to amc billing practices never materialized though. It is still somehow ethically acceptable to provide a thing of value to an amc as an incentive to get more work. You just can’t do that literally anywhere else or it’s unethical. When things like that happen you say to yourself, what’s the point.
