					<description><![CDATA[Century 21 gaffed our complaint of appraiser misrepresentation to a veteran who purchased a condo to serve as a home hospice.  He died in nursing home after a bonafide VA appraisal was conducted.  Co-signer wife has lived in a motel since December 30, 2025 deed-in-lieu, and the beloved comfort pet was taken by Norfolk animal control following co-signer&#039;s  surgical injury in the complex carport.  Century 21 Nachmann broker sarcastically confronted the co-signer wife above the expensive VA minimum property violation.   missing from photos, and the Board of Realtors also spurned our complaint.  Spouse received no counseling after deed-in-lieu erased the veteran&#039;s real estate costs, and yesterday, discovered her credit score dropped 100 points.     Lesson learned:  Informal appraisal violations between realtors and Freedom Mortgage are an unmonitored low-risk enterprise for lying realtors  in Norfolk, Virginia.]]></description>
