Free FHA classes for appraisers happen every few years, usually 7 or 8 CE hours. They always fill up quickly. Subscribe to LISTSERV lists.

I stay on the bottom third link, ‘FHA INFO’. Keeps me updated on handbook changes, ML changes, classes, and also jobs and classes posting. Sort of more than you want, but just read or ignore, get a few a week. Most helpful for policy changes and FHA handbook changes though.

Subscribe to the FNMA one for appraisers too. I forget where the FNMA for appraisers singup link is, somewhere…
