Free FHA classes for appraisers happen every few years, usually 7 or 8 CE hours.  They always fill up quickly.  Subscribe to LISTSERV lists.

I stay on the bottom third link, &#039;FHA INFO&#039;.  Keeps me updated on handbook changes, ML changes, classes, and also jobs and classes posting.  Sort of more than you want, but just read or ignore, get a few a week.  Most helpful for policy changes and FHA handbook changes though.  

Subscribe to the FNMA one for appraisers too.  I forget where the FNMA for appraisers singup link is, somewhere...
