Hmmm read the article. We all know He has an appraiser license. He’s had that a long time. But he doesn’t have a realtor/sales license. The article states he is now in the real estate sales biz. If that’s the case he would need a sales license which he doesn’t have.

Get off of your high horse, he has a Certified Residential Appraiser license, #28159 expiration 10/30/2019.
