Therefore, there is a constant financial incentive to create brand new fraud schemes, violate or alter existing bureaucratic rules, and leverage everything possible regardless of the legality of it. And you don&#039;t need a license to be a big shot in the sales or appraisal realm. If something isn&#039;t legal, they make it legal.

To willingly work with companies and people they object to, and then feign surprise they&#039;re still getting away with it... Please. Still waiting to hear the details of this coester settlement to be made public. Financial penalties do not even slow real estate based fraud down. It actually emboldens the fraud because they learn that; A. It&#039;s still profitable. B. They personally will never go to jail. C. Plaintiffs always settle because it&#039;s not about what&#039;s right or wrong, it&#039;s about the money.  

You guys are reliving history. An amc operates like King George levying a 50%+ tax, and people still go with it. They run legislative circles and tricks around appraisers for 10+ years, and appraisers still work with them. People buy the big tech surveillance items on purpose, they personally support the big tech that is used against them. Real Estate license is not required.

He most likely is implanting surveillance cookies to track reader behavior.

Everyone that logs in becomes a real estate buyer/seller prospect.

Real Estate Agents pay A LOT of money for those leads.

Would also bet he implanted cookies into all of his AMC lender clients to monitor and track their activities.  Borrower identity info has been breached at an epic scale. 

If he&#039;s capable of hacking someones email....this is nothing new for him.

His website was down when he filed bankruptcy. Every article on the website has a July 2019 date. So he reactivated the website which is still registered under CoesterVMS, and he is blogging about real estate. WHY?
