Realist, you are truly speaking my language now, lol. Thanks. I even cut down a much longer comment because it's like, how to at least get some attention to these important matters, even if just a glance. Modern society has digressed into something resembling an old roman theater. Are you not entertained?

“No people will tamely surrender their Liberties, nor can any be easily subdued, when knowledge is diffused and virtue is preserved. On the Contrary, when People are universally ignorant, and debauched in their Manners, they will sink under their own weight without the Aid of foreign Invaders.”
~ Samuel Adams

The real cost of the State is the prosperity we do not see, the jobs that don’t exist, the technologies to which we do not have access, the businesses that do not come into existence, and the bright future that is stolen from us. The State has looted us just as surely as a robber who enters our home at night and steals all that we love.

Good article and comments by Baggins. However, this article and your comments are to copious for the diminutive comprehension of the increasingly knowledge depleted left wing educated public at large. And that is the way the movers and shakers want it and need it to be in order to shape the world into their demented utopian (drone) class system.

In a very sad and sickening way, it is an interesting process to observe - especially the unbelievable manner in which America is imploding largely from within. One of the biggest issues that has been forgotten or not realized is that without adequate and wise restraints governmental power is easily and will always become corrupted and largely unaccountable; and that too much power cannot be restrained and will be evil on a massive scale.

Rapidly expanding homeless population, perceived generational shortcomings by demographic, rising medical costs, are but only a few such indicators the disbursement of wealth gained through labor efforts has been and is becoming more imbalanced as time passes. The primary problem which we wish to educate people on, is that the systemic shortcomings are not rooted in some racial bias, they're rooted in a class bias which is perpetuated and sustained by a system which does not recognize the principals of fair distribution based on labor, rather the opportunistic harvesting regardless of the human expense or fair dealing. aka; a fair days pay for a hard days work.

To attempt to answer the question; Yes, certainly and inevitably, any program or operational endeavor which utilizes human labor is subject to manipulation from the top down, digitally managed or otherwise will not change the end result. It is not the realty services which relay a reflection of existing market behaviors which is to blame, but rather a more fundamental problem with how we accept and propagate business labor structures themselves. As those systems are quite literally, the only avenues of legitimate wealth formation, from labor and raw materials. Everything else downstream represents a mere passing and repassing of existing wealth, split and split again. The repetitive processing allotment bleeds the well dry and the people perceive this justly so as bias distribution. As automation takes an even stronger hold, production continues to be outsourced, the potential of the economic engine which is the United States continues to be restricted by an excess sized government and over bearing regulatory set. aka the welfare warfare state. Only when people stop putting their hands out will we be able to put those hands back to the plows and honestly build the wealth of a nation again, by the people, for the people.
