After a review of all 50 states licensing disciplinary actions there is not 1 single case of racism? Evidence please! Just like the last 4 years of Trumps terms as president the party currently in power has pushed lies and deception. The only racism I see is against whites yet that’s perfectly ok! What the last 12 years has taught me is the tax dollars I send in to the IRS are used to hurt Americans! Time we return the favor!

And still…we have yet to see ANY of these “racially biased” appraisal reports.
Since when is it allowable to throw out public accusations against someone without providing verified facts?

If one approach does not work, try another. These appraisers are racist arguments are contrived, the proof supposedly sought out after conclusions are already formed. Not coincidentally, the accusations began shortly after big investment tried new methods to get involved in real estate markets. They want open access, independent appraisers stand in their way.

Look at what happened to Zillow using its computer algorithms to purchase homes for flipping. It was so accurate they are in bankruptcy.

If value service is impeding the price agreements the agents have already lined up, sounds more like consistently crummy agency. They may have accidentally identified systemic issues with sales agent incompetency and mis attributed the blame to appraisers.

I know about 5 appraisers who took early retirement. This nonsense narrative is pushing me to an early retirement too. They want to replace us with automation? Let them. What do you think is going to happen? Just look at what’s happening across the country with their anti-police policy. It fueled a police shortage nationwide and crime has skyrocketed to levels not seen in decades.
