					<description><![CDATA[I can think of one more pro to add.  As an employee of McDonalds an appraiser is far more likely to earn a living wage than they would as a fee appraiser.  Like it or not, the appraisal industry has entered the early stages of fossilization.  See petrified forest  Unfortunately, those who remain in this business cannot see the (petrified) forest for the trees.]]></description>
