I found this article to be just as deceptive and nearly as useless as your article on AppraisalBuzz yesterday. I know with absolute certainty that you won&#039;t milk many intelligent appraisers out of their hard earned money with your services but I am concerned that you will ambush more than a few of the newbies. We&#039;ve asked the Idaho Appraiser&#039;s Board and State Attorney General to investigate your appraisal quality as well as your training business for fraud. 

Appraisers have been conned enough by the government itself, they don&#039;t need to be preyed upon by hucksters and shysters. Idaho will decide whether or not your business practices are legitimate. Intelligent appraisers already know the outcome.]]></description>
