I found this article to be just as deceptive and nearly as useless as your article on AppraisalBuzz yesterday. I know with absolute certainty that you won’t milk many intelligent appraisers out of their hard earned money with your services but I am concerned that you will ambush more than a few of the newbies. We’ve asked the Idaho Appraiser’s Board and State Attorney General to investigate your appraisal quality as well as your training business for fraud.

Appraisers have been conned enough by the government itself, they don’t need to be preyed upon by hucksters and shysters. Idaho will decide whether or not your business practices are legitimate. Intelligent appraisers already know the outcome.
