					<description><![CDATA[Thank goodness FNMA does recognize the need for small towns and rural areas to have extended boundaries, more than a 90 day sale requirement...I am still waiting for the reviewers to catch up with FNMA on these and other issues facing our industry. A very wise instructor of a USPAP class stated, &quot;if all the appraisers were completing all their assignments in compliance with USPAP and client specific guidelines, everyone would be working everyday and making more money by virtue of the time it takes to complete assignments, as such&quot;.]]></description>
