I report the errors to the MLS and they send a “post card” to the agent for a change. I’ve complained to the MLS that Realtors should be fined for false data that is intentional. They say they don’t want to hurt their members and they have a disclaimer that some information may be inaccurate. What are we paying for? Worthless data? I think an appraiser hired to measure the property should be a requirement if a Realtor can not do it. Also note amenities too. Obviously Reatlors don’t care what they put in the MLS. I’m so sick of seeing Split Foyers listed with no basements. Either the NAR should require house style classes for Realtors or start fining these agents!
