How many appraisals are being ALTERED by any AMC’s conversion and/or data mining process? Ask why you’re not being asked to deliver the straight up XML and PDF file extensions and are still required to use their portals! Docment your work files, try and get delivered version received by the client and insulate yourselves against becoming an INTENDED LOSER!
