We just had this class in Baton Rouge last week. And although Mr. Hagar did not offer, nor, did he suggest any program whatsoever. However, it was almost as if “Appraiser Genie” was written for his class specifically? As it addresses virtually all of the items noted and much more. There is another company called datamastersusa, however, it seems as though Appraiser Genie does a lot more for you in the process? Please note that I haven’t used it yet, as I just signed up and am waiting to speak with their educator to get set up. But, here is the link (I hope that’s ok here)? http://www.appraisergenie.com/

I couldn’t find single linear regression via a Google search. Should it be called simple linear regression, or is it different?
