Well, there appears to be no end in sight to how many fiat dollars they’ll roll off those printing presses, and most of the ‘new money’ never even sees the light of paper stock, being nothing more than bits and bytes in digital form. It’s all relative. Erosion of additional fundamental checks and balances systems further down the supply chain has always been the inevitable conclusion to a fiat currency. Missing the gold window yet?

I have been appraising commercial and residential property for 40 years. I warned other commercial appraisers to pay attention to what was happening to residential appraisers but most of them don’t think this will happen. Well, they are engineering the next bailout. There appears to be nothing we can do, but I will make comments to the NCUA.
