The intended audience includes Mortgage Industry (lenders, housing counselors, real estate agents, appraisers);Regulatory/governmental entities; and Consumers. Registration required, no fee.

    One of the most interesting aspects of foreclosure fraud is how long it takes for various scams to come to light. Just FYI, be careful when providing foreclosure assistance services if you are an appraiser.
